For all aspiring pilots preparing for the DLR test as part of the selection process — no matter whether the test is four weeks or six months away. We do, however, recommend a preparation period of at least three months.
We would say: everything. We offer the most modern features, the best native apps, and the fastest, most innovative development. And our users appreciate that: we launched in April 2026, and our usage numbers and feedback speak for us — louder than any feature list.
Every test type starts at entry level. If you reliably meet the performance criteria, the app automatically lifts you to the next level — with more tasks, shorter time limits or more complex tasks. After every run you see a score from 0 to 100, and our FlightBrain AI identifies strengths and weaknesses and adjusts your plan. You can also train individual test types in a targeted way at any time.
As a rule, 30 to 45 minutes of focused training a day is enough. Your training plan is designed for at most 90 minutes per day and is based on the time remaining until your test date.
If you have had access for at least three months and completed at least 100 test runs in that time, we extend your access once, free of charge, by another three months should you not pass the DLR test. Proof of the result is required. You can find further details in the Terms.
Our goal is not to collect old exam questions but to reproduce the DLR test as realistically as possible. Structure, time limits and difficulty therefore closely follow the original. On top of that, our unique DLR test simulation lets you simulate a complete test day with the real strain of the exam.
That’s what we built our Clearance Score for. It combines your training performance, your progress and further factors into an assessment of your current test readiness. So you don’t have to rely on gut feeling.
After every training session, FlightBrain analyzes your results and identifies strengths, weaknesses and recurring patterns. The result is a personal training plan that automatically adapts to your progress and your test date.
Of course! DLR-Test.Training runs on iPhone, Android, Mac and in the browser. In the mobile apps you can even use many features offline. Your progress is always synchronized automatically.
Because we’re convinced we enable the best preparation for the DLR test. And because we know good preparation takes time. You get to focus on what matters: going into the test as well prepared as possible.
